C'e' una catena di pubs che si chiama "Spoon and something" o qualcosa del genere. A quanto pare i pub inglesi (e di londra in particolare) appartengono quasi tutti a due o tre catene. Questo "flipper" si trova nello "Spoon and something" di Penge, in fondo alla "High Street", di fronte all' HSBC. Io e P. siamo andati a prenderci una birretta, dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro e di incazzamenti vari. Al bancone la bionda barista fa la mollicona(incredibbile).. notevole. Mi chiede quanti anni ho e continua a offrire una confezione extra di sorrisi e occhiolini compresi nel prezzo... pero', questi frutti periferici londinesi.. cosi' sgraziatelle... cosi' piacione... non era manco male..

Can't find any of those. Can you? I am desperately looking for the so called "gnocchi di riso", in English "rice slices" or "rice dumplings". This is a tipical italo-chinese thing that you can find in Chinese restaurants in Rome and generally in Italy. I have been all around Penge and further without any luck. Please help! (traduzione, sto a cerca' i gnocchi di riso a Penge. Avete idea dove sia possibbile trovarli a Penge? A Londra? In Inghilterra? Help! Mi manca il cibo italo-cinese...

Ecco, una colazione cosi' ci vorrebbe. Questo era il tavolo di noi quattro, io la mia ragazza e i miei amici.. a Manchester.. per sbaglio siamo finiti all'Hotel Rembrandt, hotel gay. Il tutto e' costato 2 lire, stanza, colazione da paura il tutto circondati dalla parte piu' bella e viva di Manchester... all'anima di Tony Wilson.. sembrava di stare ad Amsterdam. Mangiato da Dio.. da tornarci. Well, what can I say, we had good fun and I am missing it already. Altho, we can have a good veggie brit breakfast here in Penge too.

This is the misterious Prima Vera Van. Allways there, in the same street in Penge. I was wondering if the guy who works with it is the owner of the Prima Vera Company or he just works for them. It would be interesting if he were the chubby guy pictured on the back of the van..

This is the 176. This bus is not in Penge (the picture was taken in Oxford Street) but the 176 is some sort of Penge Extension because it is the only Bus that takes you from the centre of London straight to the centre of Penge.
